Food Innovators Holdings Limited (“FIH”) is pleased to announce the opening of its halal-certified Japanese ramen brand “Honolu Ramen” in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
The restaurant is operated by HONOLU JAPAN SDN. BHD., a joint venture equally owned by our Malaysian subsidiary, F Innovators Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., and Asset Frontier Co., Ltd., which operates twelve halal-certified ramen outlets in Japan attracting approximately 30,000 inbound visitors monthly.
Strategically located in Tun Razak Exchange (TRX), Kuala Lumpur’s international financial district, the restaurant fills a market gap where halal-certified Japanese cuisine remains limited despite strong demand from a Muslim-majority population.
This permanent outlet follows the successful Honolu Ramen pop-up shop operated by Asset Frontier in February 2025, which demonstrated the concept’s strong growth potential. The opening marks an important milestone in FIH’s regional growth strategy.
