Will Rock Co., Ltd. and Food Innovators Japan Co., Ltd. Agree on Business Alliance to Develop IP (Intellectual Property) Business
Food Innovators Japan Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “FIJ”) and Will Rock Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Will Rock”) are pleased to announce that they have entered into a business alliance agreement aimed at creating new business value centered on IP (intellectual property).
By combining the insights, know-how, and networks that Will Rock has cultivated in the IP business with the Japanese food and Japanese culture businesses that FIJ and its parent company, Food Innovators Holdings Limited, operate both in Japan and overseas, the two companies will work to expand new business opportunities for both parties.
We believe that integrating the potential of Japanese IP content with the global appeal of Japanese food and Japanese culture represents a growth opportunity for both companies, and will also contribute to the development of Japan’s cultural industries.
