The purpose of this agreement extends beyond the business management of Tomaatti Co., Ltd., aiming to promote the creation of new brands across the entire Group, the development of global menus including anime IP collaborations, the careful selection of ingredients, and furthermore, the training of chefs who will lead the next generation. This marks a new start where Chef Akira Watanabe himself will return to the front lines of culinary operations to accelerate the Group’s global expansion.
