At Food Innovators Holdings Limited, we support children’s cafeteria (kodomo shokudo) activities as part of our contribution to local communities. We have received a report from Nagasaki Machizukuri Project Co., Ltd. regarding the Mihara Garden Children’s Cafeteria held on Sunday, September 13, 2026 (Reiwa 8), and are pleased to share how the day unfolded.
Inside the cafe, adorned with flowers in every color, the day became a lively gathering filled with live music and the flavors of autumn.

■Activities on the Day
【Activity 1: Board Games and a Concert】
Alongside board games around the table, this session featured a concert performed by a local music group. Live music filled the flower-lined cafe, and children and adults alike listened together in a moment of rare luxury.

【Activity 2: Mealtime, the Highlight of the Day】
The menu this time featured a tomato hot pot and risotto, both made generously with Nagasaki-grown vegetables. Japanese pears at the height of their season were served for dessert, making for a table that celebrated the bounty of the region.

A sweet potato harvest at the Mihara Children’s Farm is also planned.
