Group conclude a business outsourcing agreement

The purpose of this agreement extends beyond the business management of Tomaatti Co., Ltd., aiming to promote the creation of new brands across the entire Group, the development of global menus including anime IP collaborations, the careful selection of ingredients, and furthermore, the training of chefs who will lead the next generation. This marks a new start where Chef Akira Watanabe himself will return to the front lines of culinary operations to accelerate the Group’s global expansion.
Message from Akira Watanabe
I have decided to step away from managing a single company and return to the front lines of ‘creating exceptional cuisine and developing people,’ where I can pour my utmost passion. Entrusting the management to a reliable new leadership team, I will dedicate my full efforts as a chef to nurturing the talents of the next generation and creating new brands and menus that will surprise and inspire our customers. I promise to make the FIH Group ‘more exciting and more delicious’ than ever before. We look forward to your continued support as we embark on this new challenge.

At Food Innovators Holdings Limited, we support children’s cafeteria (kodomo shokudo) activities as part of our contribution to local communities. We have received a report from Nagasaki Machizukuri Project Co., Ltd. regarding the Mihara Garden Children’s Cafeteria held on Sunday, July 19, 2026 (Reiwa 8), and are pleased to share how the day unfolded.
Under the strengthening summer sun, the gathering unfolded in a relaxed atmosphere beneath the shade sails stretched across the garden, accompanied by cooling summer fare such as flowing somen noodles and shaved ice.
